The company in accordance with the "Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations on the goods sold by the goods return and warranty specific provisions are as follows:

Customers who purchase goods from our company, in order to ensure your interests, please inspect the goods on the spot when you receive them. If the goods are found to be damaged in transit, you have the right to have the delivery staff take the goods back and redeliver them or ask the post office to show proof and claim compensation from the post office.

We only offer one free return or exchange at home. Please contact us again within a valid period of time after you have seen all the goods and please have the products available for inspection as well as the delivery note.

If the return is due to the customer's own reasons (e.g. not reading the content brief before ordering, duplicate orders and other non-quality issues), please come up to our company to return the goods yourself after contacting our customer service centre. Requirements:

  (1) Meet the return time requirement: within 1 week of receiving the goods (subject to the date of signature).

  (2) The packaging and the goods themselves are intact;

  (3) Please bring the original delivery note with you, and return it together with the invoice if it has been issued;

If you find product quality problems after receiving the goods, you can call us within 5 days of receiving the goods for a return or exchange. If you return the product, please return the outer packaging, accessories and sales receipt with the product, we will give you an exchange or refund within 2 working days of receiving your product. After 7 days of receipt of the goods by the customer, if due to quality problems, the customer is requested to choose the repair service of the manufacturer; goods with special regulations by the manufacturer will be executed according to the manufacturer's regulations.

The goods you want to return or exchange must be complete with the original packaging, accessories and instruction manual, warranty card; you should also have a document that can effectively prove that the goods were purchased from us.

The Company reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request from a customer who is

  (1) Return requests from home delivery customers due to non-discovery of delivery errors. When you receive the goods, please check and accept the goods carefully according to the delivery note. If the goods are short, missing, dirty or damaged, please accept them on the spot and point out that they will be redelivered free of charge, and will not be accepted afterwards.

  (2) Return and exchange requirements beyond the return and exchange period. Returns within 1 week, exchanges within 1 month (subject to the date of receipt by the customer).

  (3) The returned goods are incomplete or damaged in appearance.

  (4) The customer's delivery note or invoice is missing or incomplete.

  (5) Returns arising from the customer's own reasons (e.g. not reading the content brief before ordering, duplicate orders, etc.).

  (6) The customer requests that the goods be replaced with other goods.

  (7) The customer has not contacted the Customer Service Centre in advance before going to the door.

In the event of product quality problems, we will return, exchange, repair and solve other problems arising from this in the spirit of friendly consultation between the two parties; if there are any problems that cannot be resolved through consultation between the two parties, they can be referred to the arbitration body of the Quality Supervision Committee or the Consumer Rights Protection Association.
